If a word feels slippery, ask what it means in this particular offer. The same broad word can hide very different products.
Peptide
Proteins are made from linked building parts; a short chain of those parts is a peptide.
Ask for the full medicine name when someone uses this broad term.
Compounding
A pharmacist or doctor can prepare a custom medicine; that process is called compounding.
Custom does not tell you why it was chosen. That is a separate question for the prescriber, the person who writes the medicine order.
Telehealth
A video conversation is one example of telehealth: care given while the patient and clinician are apart. An online form may be part of the process. Ask how you can speak with the person reviewing your answers.
Approval and registration
FDA is short for Food and Drug Administration; its work includes US medicine review.
Registering with FDA establishes no approval for a medicine or facility, as of September 26, 2026.
Registration puts a business or product on a record.
FDA approval follows an evidence review finding that the medicine works for a specified use and is sufficiently safe for that use.
Ask to see the approval record for the medicine and what it is approved to treat.

A report of a problem
The FDA says a medicine problem report needs other evidence to show the medicine caused the problem.
Ask what else is known before treating a report as an answer.
